This product is simply amazing. It prevents my roommates, villains, and colossi from accessing my stuff. Would recommend to college students in particular. The product suddenly broke after a couple weeks, however, someone from technical support was stupendously helpful (they should get a raise). The product is now working again! I got this as a Xmas gift in a gift exchange. Well, I immediately accidentally locked both keys in the safe without batteries in the combo part. Contacted customer support. After confirming I was the owner (I had no proof of purchase because it was a gift) they sent me out a replacement set of keys. Thanks for helping me Grimtron.
