Easy to open and use, uses USB power to charge it or just use the keys it comes with. Plenty of storage, shelves have foam on them there's some pegs inside as well. Can't believe they give you a crappy plastic handle to screw onto it though really couldn't have made that a little better, it cheapens it

This in wall safe is quite nice. it is well made and the interior is lit up so well it is very easy to see the contents. This opens with either a key or a pin code, and it has a USB-C port to power up the pin code panel to still use it even if the internal batteries died.

I’ve never done a wall safe before but this came ready to install with quality hardware and was a breeze to install. If you’re having to cut drywall, it’s a mess, but still very straight forward.

Passcode is easy to setup and takes just seconds. Safe lights and keys are powered by 4 AAA batteries. If the batteries ever die, there’s a USB-C input to be able to connect your portable battery to power it to open it and replace batteries. There’s also 2 included keys. LED lights are adequate.

Only 2 pegs are included to mount a handgun. I wish the whole safe had the back pegboard and it came with more pegs. I can’t find them online or on the manufacturer’s website but I’m sure customer support can help if you desire more.

Capacity (.74sq ft) is ample for a handgun or several, cash, jewelry, or anything you need to lock up and have quick access to. What’s ideal about this is that many people have bedside or counter top safes but don’t mount them and they can be stolen. A wall safe bolted into the studs, behind a painting isn’t going to be found by anyone. I have peace of mind with cash and precious metals in my Grimtron wall safe and I’d recommend it to anyone. Great for new construction to put it in before drywalling! Excellent value.

This safe is not about fire or water protection so let's be clear about that upfront. And if found it's likely not much more than a deterrent for a casual looker, either - but those two things are it's key: 1) that it can be hidden; and 2) that it deters any casual access. For this need this is an excellent safe, and perfectly fit-for-purpose.

I like that this safe offers several options for storage configuration to suit the users particular needs. Having shelf and pegboard options is a nice feature. Depending on what you want to store in there you have alternate ways to keep things organized. I found the unit to be sturdy and heavy duty enough for the price point. I can only find fault with one aspect of the safe, that being the handle attached with peel and stick double sided tape. I didn't think it was worth knocking a star off the rating for, but I did want to mention it.
Overall a good value for a useful wall safe.
