US Safes Orders:

Processing Time: Orders of American safes are typically processed within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase.

Shipping Method: We utilize FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) shipping services to ensure efficient delivery.

Tracking Information: Upon shipment, buyers will receive tracking numbers via email notification, allowing you to monitor the status of your delivery.
Key Orders:

Production Time: Each key can only open one safe, so upon receiving an order for a key from a buyer, we need 7 days to produce the key.

Configuration Process: We only provide the key configuration information to the factory for production on Thursdays. Therefore, it takes up to 15 days at most to configure a key.

Shipping Time: After receiving the keys from the factory, we ship them to buyers, which takes around 10 days for delivery.

Total Time: The total processing and shipping time for key orders will not exceed one month from the date of purchase.
